1) your voucher will be valid for 6 months from 05/07/2023.

2) gift vouchers must be used as one full session (cannot be split into shorter sessions) and must be used for the treatment specified (if using your voucher for another treatment/shorter sessions additional charges may be payable)

3) vouchers can be sent to you as an e-voucher or a paper copy via post (please choose your preference at the checkout)

4) please allow up to 72 hours for delivery of e-vouchers and up to 7 working days for paper voucher delivery.

5) Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.  

6)we operate a 48 hours notice cancellation policy.
