1) your voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

2) gift vouchers must be used as one full session (cannot be split into shorter sessions) and must be used for the treatment specified (if using your voucher for another treatment/shorter sessions additional charges may be payable). 

3) vouchers can be sent to you as an e-voucher or a paper copy via post (please choose your preference at the checkout)

4) please allow up to 72 hours for delivery of e-vouchers and up to 7 working days for paper voucher delivery.

5) Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
